The plugin is *not* in 'evolution-plugins'.
And even if it would be, it's only a workaround in one of many places,
which is the real point. It doesn't work in places like e.g. Gmane &
the archives.
PS: I don't mind (that much) if people use HTML for good reasons in
their e-mails, but I have yet to see 1 (one) single e-mail on any of the
Ubuntu lists that used HTML in such a way that it was an improvement
over what a plain text version would have been...
