Does Ubuntu Care About It's Documentation?

You've already stated your opinion about the top level link as opposed
to a second level link. The simple point I am making is that even if
you're right (and I don't agree) there is a long logical jump from that
opinion to the idea that Ubuntu doesn't care about documentation. It's
an impossible jump.

No, but when you write an article with that sort of title, and say on
your website that you are part of the doc team, the onus is on you to
say that this isn't the view of the people who actually work on the
docs, in my opinion.
