Dapper Live vs Install

Hi,

I'm wondering, with the Live CD performing an install of Dapper, what is 
the separate install CD for, the extra Windows F/OSS?

Could the description of why to choose the install CD over the Live CD 
be included on the download page? At the moment the description of the 
Live CD is not wholly accurate, since it can also be used to install.
