UWN not in the fridge ?? :-/

I applaud the creation of the UWN, it's what I have always dreamt of,
and I am very grateful to all the people who are committed enough to
produce it every week without failing.

What I don't understand, is why the UWN is not announced on the Fridge,
reliably, in the minute that it's out, where it is at home ? UWN #2 is
on there, but #3 wasn't, and now I see that #4 is out, and still not on
the Fridge ! 
What a waste, all the work to produce it is done, but it isn't visible
on the Fridge ! :o(
Had I not had the curiosity to have a look at the Ubuntu "Planet", I
probably would have thought, starting with UWN #2, that the UWN was
already defunct ! :-O What a horrible though indeed.

Why does the UWN chief redactor put it on the Fridge as soon as it's
released ?
