people who want to leave mail lists

Hi,

It seems to me that having one extra line at foot of the emails would be 
useful:
Click here to unsubscribe should be at the foot of every mail with a 
relevant url.

This may stop the situation where people like myself get caught between 
two stools and wonder should we reply via the list or to the person alone.
