Yes Lee, I am well aware of that. If you want me to give you a
step-by-step-no-parts-left-to-the-imagination-guide, in full colour, 3D
stereo, full-blown cinematic display with fireworks and champagne, I am
so sorry, I won't be able to do that. The whole text, admittedly not in
perfect chronological order, did point at the missing step to gain root.
I still think you should read that book Lee, it may explain what some of
us on here is trying to point out...
