Could be both.. :)  Anyway we'd call it "Mobuntu", quite obviously.
Sounds WAY better than, say, Windows Mobile, too. :)  And also those
companies will be making a lot more devices than just phones which they
would want to base on the same mobile linux platform. 

Motorola already learnt how NOT to do a Linux phone. :) 

(Checked out Nokia's E60 and E61 lately.. Same OS, very different form
factor and intended audience..)
