There is a truth to the article with RedHat being the dominant player
in Asia in the *business* market (SMB/Enterprise). In southeast asia,
there is an Oracle/RedHat tie-up called RapidStart which is basically
Oracle E-Business Suite but costs way less compared elsewhere. That's
where RH thrives at the moment. It's almost a monopoly. I've been
involved in deploying the Rapidstart suite twice already and it just
works for both companies.

Other OEMs bundle Red Flag or Mandriva.
