That's just another binary that would have to be changed. Sure, you'd have to 
go through every executable binary and make sure they're all changed 
appropriately, but even that could be scripted pretty easy in a few minutes.

And if you read Pete's quote it says specifically:
 "and set the permissions on the binaries to:"

Binaries. As in all the appropriate executable files. Not just the main 
executable.
