Breezy->Dapper Offline

There are instructions on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DapperUpgrades but they're
command line.

Boot into your Breezy system and insert the Alternate Install CD; I seem to
recall reading that Gnome will offer to upgrade from it.  If so, try that :)
