Point taken.  I am making vast generalisations when I split the ubuntu
community into just two groups like that.

But the problem is that if the ubuntu community structure has scalability
problems, they will only become worse if the huge number of people who only
participate in the forums start to broaden their horizons.  And I think that
has to happen at some point.
