TFTP does not work

I have two machines running Dapper and I've tried all the tftp servers
(tftpd, atftpd, tftpd-hpa) and none of them work.

It seems that there's some kind of IPv6/IPv4 issue.

Here are the logs from all 3 failing servers:

tftpd:

Why doesn't it work?!?!? This bug makes Ubuntu unusable for embedded
development.

All I am doing on the client is "tftp ip.ad.dre.ss" and "get file.name".
It just comes back with "Timed out".

I thought IPv6 was supposed to be backwards compatible.
