HP machines with Ubuntu??

Hi,

I am not sure I understand what you mean here. Do you mean that these
Ubuntu images are what HP uses on their laptops ? So that means HP sells
machines that aren't even 100% functional ? 
I think that defeats the purpose of selling pre-installed machines
no ?! :-/

Anyway, I am not in the market, I just wanted to see nice HP Ubuntu
laptops highly visible on their website, but as Daniel showed me, HP
isn't quite there yet. But Desktop Linux is progressing fast now, so who
knows what the situation will be same time next year, or even in 6
months... :-)
