Why Ubuntu isn't for New Linux Users

Handy tool I'm sure, and I understand what it does, but it doesn't
really address "this" issue head on. A tool like EasyUbuntu/Automatix
is our best bet I think.
I like the interface to Automatix better, but I understand EasyUbuntu
may be the only viable option. Apparently the maintainer for Automatix
doesn't accept suggestions well. I might be interesting to see if
EasyUbuntu is any better. Does anyone from EasyUbuntu frequent this
list? Time to pipe in if your there.
