Dapper Shutdown

I just noticed in Dapper that the best shutdown experience I have ever
had has been replaced with a hard to navigate screen that you have to
concentrate on to figure out what to press.

Before it was System->Shutdown->walk away
Now it is System->Log Out->move mouse and gaze halfway across the screen
then look around an oversized dialogue to find the correct option on an
interface that is a huge departure from the style of the menu system
that was being used for the first half of the task, even though there
are only a few moments left in the task.</rant> (Though I must admit, it
does look really, really nice).

Any chance of putting back the old method, perhaps using a couple of
those icons on the countdown dialogue? Although I think the icons of the
power down choices are too similar. Also, I can't figure out the
difference between sleep and hibernate, can they be given more
explanatory names?
