Well if anyone cares, there's a partial mirror which seems to
track unstable and sometimes gets things like flight-4 ISOs
here in Ukraine (it's fast in Ukraine but at 01:00--06:00 +0200
should be somewhat accessible from the rest of the world at
3Mbps max):
