To my surprise no-one has mentioned either gworldclock or kworldclock.
Gworldclock gives you a list of places and current times, and has
a "rendezvous" feature. Kworldclock has a world map to which you can add
times as desired. For some reason kworldclock is in the KDE "toys" menu ;)
Perhaps it's just seen as eyecandy - but it is actually quite useful, as
is gworldclock.
