Third-party documentation. There's a great deal of material out there, 
and I'd like to see it at least referenced somewhere in the ubuntu 
literature. It's more about 'what can I do?' (make DVDs, do special 
effects in the Gimp, etc) than 'what is ubuntu/ how does ubuntu work?'

Also, I'd like to see The Fridge developed more.
