It's one of the biggest FAQ's, so we're trying to solve it in Dapper.
The goal is that the shell will tell you about sudo every time you fire
it up until you actually use sudo. I don't know if this covers the
console as well as terminal windows.

I'm trying to find out if we can get "su" to talk about sudo if the user
doesn't have a root password yet... but Pitti is struck down with the
DistroPlague at the moment, iirc., I'm sure he'll respond when he's back
on form.
