Just sent him an email through that thing's web interface, mentioning the 
command 'sudo -i'. Very similar to 'su -' (gives you an effective initial 
shell). The equivalent to 'su' by itself I think is 'sudo -s', but hey.. I 
just use 'sudo -i' now if I really do need a root-like shell, not that I do 
that very often.
