Shredder ?!

Having a 'shredder' icon to represent a regular move-to-trash or even
filesystem delete is seriously bad.  It's a lie, it implies things are
shredded securely, but they aren't they're merely moved to the trash.

This default icon has GOT to change in an URGENT SECURITY UPDATE!  With
most security breaches involving human errors or misunderstandings, this
is an unacceptable security risk that exists in Ubuntu Edgy.

Secondly, is there an 'actual' secure shredding program/applet available
for Ubuntu?  Something like 'Eraser' on Windows that will do multiple
over-writes with random data?
