Webmail service with POP access : suggestions ?

Heh thats called owning your own domain, then you can take it to whom ever you 
want to provide the service, including doing it your self , but you dont have 
to, there are plenty of hosting companies out there, and as long as you keep 
paying the domain registration per year ( most of the time less than $10 USD
 per year ) you OWN the domain and and take it anywhere
