Exactly! Which is why I found his evaluator's use of that term very
much disconcerting. Either that evaluator is intentionally tripping
up Joel (hey, its not that uncommon ;) or his understanding of
`production and development' processes is totally screwed up (which I
hope not, given after all that he's evaluating... ;)
