remove that repository from your sources, and you will not get them,
while still getting the normal security updates. But I suspect there
are good reasons (as in bug fixes or small improvements) for why
Ubuntu devs are pushing these minor upgrades in that repository.
As for app-install-data-commercial, this is to allow the add
applications software to access the Canonical commercial repository
(the one that contains Opera and Real Player). Since there was another
email on this list earlier about a new application appearing in that
repository today, this upgrade is most probably related to this.
