This is a pathetic patronising response.

If Ubuntu's shipping broken software, then Ubuntu should be taking steps 
to get it fixed.

If not, then its mailing lists should conform with the way the email 
clients it ships actually work.


It's _only_ on the Ubuntu lists it's a problem for me.
