Strange review. Canonical does direct support, and there are loads of
commercial support companies:
http://www.ubuntu.com/support/supportoptions/paidsupport
http://www.ubuntu.com/support/marketplace
This is more obvious in Dapper (System -> Help), but you would have
thought that someone doing an online review would have gone to the
ubuntu.com website and clicked "Support", if she were interested in
support.
