New Intel PC for developing nations

"Rather than offering several PCs for private ownership in a village,
the Community PC program focuses on installing one machine in a village
kiosk, where time on the PC can be rented and assistance can be supplied
by the kiosk owner."

Zooming in on the picture, it looks like a Microsoft OS.  This thing is
HUGE, too; the case is a very large desktop form factor.  They say it's
designed to consume "less that 100 watts while operating", which
probably means around 100 watts.

Somebody should get their hands on one and test Ubuntu.
