I second that. Corporate and government types have not
sense of humour.
Mind you the reviewer comes across as an illiterate. A
quick check of the dictionary would show:
"dap·per
Neatly dressed; trim.
Very stylish in dress.
Lively and alert."
Where is the gay bit?
