Use the 'ubuntu-releases' module on se.releases.ubuntu.com.

(Unfortunately the module has different names on various
releases.ubuntu.com backends - although there's a deprecated 'releases'
alias on the Swedish mirrors - which is why I suggest going to the
Swedish mirrors directly. You could also pick one of the UK mirrors by
IP address and use the 'releases' module there.)
