More staff for Ubuntu !! :o)

I just read on the devel list, that, if I understand well, Ubuntu is
considering having more developers ?!
I don't quite understand if it's about volunteers that offer to work in
their scarce free time, or if Mark actually intends to employ one or
more full time high-flying devs to expand the core team, but at any
rate, I guess this means we will have more man-hours to make Dapper
Drake either more featured and/or more polished, so can only be
good ! :o)
