sol1 -> cebit AU 24th May

Hi,
Solutions First has a stand at Cebit AU on the 24th-26th May.

We will be handing out 1000 ubuntu CDs and talking to all comers about 
support for Linux and Open source software.

We also plan on having a few machines setup as demos etc.

I have a few points:

Firstly - come along and check us out if you happen to be in Sydney at 
the time.

Secondly, if someone wants to whack an announcement or something about 
it on the website, I am happy to write the copy. Something along the 
lines of "solutions first will be handing out Ubuntu CDs at cebit!" etc

Thirdly, we are looking to be a commercial Support provider for Ubuntu. 
Hope no-one has any objections or anything to us advertising etc.

I have registered ubuntu.com.au domainname and am happy to donate it to 
the cause. I would like to point it to our website:
http://www.solutionsfirst.com.au
but I don't think that helps out too much at this stage. Doesn't cost us 
much to reg domains. At the very least us registering the domain name 
may prevent anotehr person registering the trademark in Australia. I 
advise you do register the trademark in Australia - its not expensive.
So until someone has a good idea about what to do about ubuntu.com.au, 
consider it registered but sleeping awaiting its rightful owner to claim it.

Lastly, I wanted to thank all the Ubuntu devel and support people for 
their hard work. I know you are getting worked hard atm, but I believe 
its going to be worth it :)
