Announce: UBUNTU CD cover

This looks great and we welcome community artwork. In fact, CD labels 
that can be downloaded and printed at home are a common request, so this 
is helpful.

But please allow me a slight clarification - this isn't "the"  new 
Ubuntu CD cover or label.  As with Warty, Canonical will produce CDs 
which can be requested for free at shipit.ubuntu.com. The design for the 
Hoary CD packaging and CD labels will be unveiled at release time.
