Ah yes, you are right... I googled for "apple intel move" and got
zillions of matches !

which seem to confirm the one/two year transition period you mention.
I also seems to imply that Intel will make custom processorts for Apple,
but that they will be x86 compatible. Well, that's if I read between the
lines properly ie ;o)

Now let's just wait and see...
