Wow, this all sounds so truly marvelous, I can't quite believe it, could
someone point me to the relevant article/message/URL, I must have missed
it somehow :-/

Also, given how fantastic this news is for Ubuntu, how come it's not
mentioned anywhere in huge capital letters, on the Ubuntu website home
page ?

The latest news I can see there, is about the EU patents, and second to
that, the Hoary release, that's 3 month old now !
