Ubuntu in the press, and creating new news sources

This is several weeks old, so may be old news by now.

It isn't an article about Ubuntu, but rather about a new open source 
magazine, Tectonic.  "Due in part to the high-profile launch of Mark 
Shuttleworth's new Ubuntu operating system, more and more ordinary 
computer users are realising that there is life after Windows. To help 
them on their way, a new magazine, /Tectonic/, will be launched in March."
