It is bogus in that it is not a bug.  It is a philosphical difference of
opinion, but not a bug.  That doesn't mean it should be dismissed
disrepectfully, or dismissed at all; it does mean it should be closed as
"not a bug" with a pointer to where philosphical changes to the project
should be discussed.  There it can be rejected properly.  :)
