Yes, GNOME is certainly the 'chosen' desktop, for a whole bunch of reasons,
but that has very little to do with your assertion that Canonical (and more
importantly, the Ubuntu community) do not support Kubuntu. We absolutely do!

Ed, I'd suggest directing your energy at something more worthwhile than this
discussion... Perhaps making Kubuntu rock even harder.
