Debian to receive funding from the LinuxFund

Seen on the Debian News mailing list this morning: 
The Debian project will receive $500 a month for a full year from
the LinuxFund

According to linuxfund.org, 2 other projects that are set to receive the
same amount of money will be Freenode and Wikipedia.
