MoLinux now uses Ubuntu instead of Progeny

A new item on the osdir.com web site today: MoLinux 1.2 has been
recently released. MoLinux is a distribution developed by the regional
government of Castilla la Mancha in Spain for use in the region's
government offices and schools.  

Before they were using Progeny as the basis on which they were building
their distro.  But they are now using Ubuntu instead.
