1) last week episode of the Linux Link Tech Shows contains a 10 minutes
segment about Ubuntu (starting around the 56th minute of the show):

Some positive and some negative about Ubuntu. On the negative side,
Ubuntu got slammed a bit for having Gnome docs (in Hoary) that explains
how to edit Gnome menus, but this didn't work in Hoary; it was used as
an example on how Linux docs are sometimes not very good and not up to
date. Also on the negative side, but simply due to poor timing, the guy
who installed Ubuntu did it right when Firefox was recently broken
(during the Firefox transition from 1.0.4 to 1.0.5 and 1.0.6).

On the positive side, he had a complete personalized setup of Ubuntu
done on his machine in just over 2 hours.

2) Lugradio (http://www.lugradio.org/)

Season 2 Episode 22 (01 August 2005) has an interview with Henrik
Nielsen Omma about The Open CD and Software Freedom Day. While not
directly an interview about Ubuntu, it is interesting since Henrik is an
important part of the Ubuntu world, especially for his work on the
Ubuntu website and wiki.
