Are those bugs?

Hi list,

 Few issues I wanted to raise:

   1) My GNOME desktop is acutally my /etc/home/$user folder = i don't
know how it was set up like this. The only thing that I did to modify
settings was to switch nautilus to it's traditional looks (using
gconf, always_use_browser=true) so i don't have enough info about this
to reproduce.

   2) I tried to install linux-resticted-modules, being depandant on a
2.6.8 image it apparently installed that also, however the current
install I am using seems to not be upgraded with the new kernel image.
 I have attached relavant files for review.
