IAPs around here generally allow their users to relay via mail.<iap.domain>
Also, I am looking at DHCP documentation; I thought one could specify
mail stuff though I don't see it atm. However, from the man 8 dhcpd3
option domain-name "vix.com";
In this instance, "mail.vix.com" and "smtp.vix.com" would be reasonable
guesses (subject to user acceptance).
