It would probably be fairly straightforward if we had udebs of
linux-wlan-ng, and adding entries to hardware databases isn't high-risk.
netcfg does need to be modified to deal with wlanctl-ng, though, which
is more interesting.

Deferring to hoary's certainly a pretty valid option at this point in
the release cycle, though.
