Calm down there!! I've seen other vendors' "development" selections. 
Seems to me unreasonable to suppose someone who wants to hack on Apache 
also wants Gnome and KDE and Python and ... developer selections.

Maybe have one all-embracing developer suite, but also offer an 
essential subset (heavy-duty text editors, scripting tools etc) and 
selections tailored to specific hacker activities.
