new menu entries and translations

Hi,

I've just uploaded a new version of the gnome-panel package. We need to
translate new strings now. Please let me know if you want to change some
strings before starting the translation (I'm not sure about the "Display
informations about Ubuntu" which is the tooltip for "About Ubuntu..."
and "Help about the desktop" for "Help"). 

The list of the new strings is here. If you translate them please send
me the result in an utf-8 file (don't forget to specify for which po
file the translation is), I'll merge all of them in a patch.
(I'm taking care of the french translation)
