vim vs. vim-python

I propose that we drop vim-python from Desktop in favour of plain vim.
vim-python depends on vim anyway, and diverts /usr/bin/vim to run the python
version.  This diversion setup is known to have bugs; it doesn't clean up
properly after itself, and breaks in horrible ways if you try to install a
different vim variant (such as vim-gnome).  I think we should avoid the
issue entirely for Warty, and consider providing a python- and gnome-enabled
vim as our default for Hoary.
