Is there a way to set up modifier keys in conjunction with the first
mouse button instead of keys that actually act like a mouse button?
It's counter-intuitive to point the mouse at something and then go hit a
key on the keyboard to make a click. Holding a key on the keyboard
while you click with the real mouse button is a lot more intuitive (and
it's what Apple does - holding the control key while you click is the
same as a right-click on Mac OS)
