You have a Prism54, Intersil ISL3890 chipset. Get the appropriate
firmware (it's on the page linked to from prism54.org -
http://some.where/~mcgrof/firmware/ IIRC), and put it in the hotplug
directory and you're away. If you're still having troubles, pasting the
output of dmesg may help.
