Art sites, Ubuntu exposure

Jeff, guys, this is great! As some of you might have noticed I'm very
keen on distinguishing Ubuntu in terms of artwork, and while we decided
to keep the default setup very neutral and simple, I'd like to support
artwork strongly. Let me know what we can do to make your lives easier.
At the very least, I think we should have a package with the top 20
Ubuntu themes in Hoary, not as a default install but as a one-shot
download, single pacakge in the archive. If we announced that early, I
think we'd have excellent submissions and time to have a community
process to select the top 20.
