Hey John, I read this message from you and I got curious about this
answer. Can I found it in any archive online? Or could you please send
me it? My LUG is plenty of Debianists, so everything that could help me
to be ready to answer any of their questions or arguments would be good.
I am posting this to the list cause maybe others could be interested in
your reply.
One more question on this topic. I was briefly presenting Ubuntu to a
friend. He is an experienced debian GNU/Linux user and sistemist. When I
told him that theres a company promoting the distro, he said he wont
trust such a distro, because it depends on the company's life. I told
him thats not true, but I would like to hear any thoughts from you about
this.
Take care,
